Account Executive – Advertising Sales and Partnerships

Rapaport is seeking a driven, results‑oriented Account Executive to lead advertising sales across all Rapaport content and trading channels.

Overview: Rapaport, the trade's primary source of diamond prices, research, analysis and news, is growing its advertising and partnerships team. This role focuses on digital advertising sales and relationship management in a fast‑paced environment at the intersection of luxury and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Sell digital advertising placements throughout Rapaport’s advertising inventory, including renewing and expanding existing business
  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
  • Respond to inbound leads and execute proactive outreach to generate new business
  • Present tailored advertising solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs
  • Onboarding milestones: first 30 days — complete comprehensive training on Rapaport’s product offerings, value propositions, market differentiation, and sales process; first 60 days — manage inbound/outbound leads and progress them through the sales cycle; first 90 days — close sales cycles independently

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, outbound‑driven sales role
  • Familiarity with digital ad performance metrics and campaign strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with diamonds, gems or jewelry markets is a plus
