Role: Regional Product Marketing Manager, SMB Growth (Go-to-Market for TikTok ads products) – Austin, TX area.

Be among the first 25 applicants three weeks ago. This role is within TikTok's SMB Growth team and focuses on leading the go-to-market of advertising solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define the SMB North America go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ads products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Solutions Engineering, Marketing Sciences, Marketing and Strategy to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with field teams and use data to understand performance pain points and formulate product/activation-based solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the market with product; synthesize insights and coordinate with product teams to identify solutions.
  • Analyze product gaps and pain points to recommend enhancements.
  • Adapt regional product initiatives for SMB clients, prioritizing scalable, platform-based, low-touch solutions.
  • Manage growth at scale for a range of products, oversee launches and activations to drive product adoption; coordinate with technical and operations teams to monitor performance.
  • Build processes, systems, tools, workflows, and automation to increase operational efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Understanding of commerce-related business models, with focus on small- and medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience working with product teams and influencing the product roadmap for advertising products.
  • Experience in the ad tech or internet industry; experience in the commerce industry is a plus.
  • Experience driving end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for advertising products.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or higher with 3-5+ years' experience in AdTech with product marketing responsibilities.
  • Strong judgment, original thinking, and ability to thrive in ambiguity and change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting stretch performance goals.
  • Experience using data to test hypotheses and drive business recommendations; experience leading cross-functional projects on fast timelines.
