Responsibilities

• Engage customers with a warm, friendly attitude and provide top-notch service.
• Create Subway sandwiches with skill and creativity.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, including cash and card transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Understand the menu to help customers make satisfying choices.
• Ensure prompt issue resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with daily operations to support a smooth guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older; able to work midday/second shifts.
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
• Basic math skills for transactions and ingredient measurements.
• Reliable, able to pass a drug test and background check.
• No prior experience needed—willingness to learn and be part of the team.
