Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team you will need strong artistry, sales and service talents. You will be teaching customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned in over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte's philosophy of artistry made easy, and be part of building an amazing beauty business. You will need to be sales driven and have experience in beauty and retail.

Responsibilities

• Promote and create makeup magic in store; always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury.
• Drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service; reflect the brand values and customer base.
• Achieve sales targets by creating an amazing experience and exemplary service; deliver Charlotte Tilbury's philosophy of artistry made easy and provide a unique, personalized shopping experience.
• Lead by example to maintain outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
• Support in events and counter management to ensure the counter/gondola is customer-ready from open to close; maintain counter hygiene and inventory levels; assist with visual merchandising and new launch displays; collaborate with Sales and Artistry teams.
• Maintain scheduling, clocking in/out, and submitting time sheets on payroll applications.

Qualifications

• Strong artistry, sales and service talents; experience in beauty and retail; sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to teach customers Charlotte's artistry secrets, drawing on over 20 years of experience at the top of the industry with celebrities and brands.
