Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Audio Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all professional audio equipment is properly received, inspected, tracked, and maintained. You\'ll play a key part in keeping our gear inventory accurate and event-ready. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of audio equipment (or a willingness to learn), and takes pride in delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect all incoming audio equipment and gear deliveries to ensure items are complete, undamaged, and meet quality standards.
  • Verify equipment against packing slips; report discrepancies or damage immediately.
  • Tag, log, and organize incoming equipment in the appropriate storage locations.
  • Pull and prepare audio gear for outbound projects, rentals, or installations based on job specifications.
  • Test, clean, and perform basic maintenance on audio equipment (e.g., speakers, mixers, microphones, cables).
  • Pack and label equipment properly for safe and secure transport.
  • Use inventory software to track equipment movement and status accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space.
  • Assist with event load-ins/outs and occasional on-site support as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with professional audio equipment is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Basic troubleshooting and cleaning of audio gear.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in live events, audio production, or rental companies.
  • Forklift certification or willingness to be certified.
  • Knowledge of brands such as Shure, QSC, Yamaha, or Allen & Heath.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
