Revolution Technologies is hiring: Audio Visual Support Technician in Ocoee

Location: Onsite – Ocoee, FL

Pay: $30/hour (W2 only)

Duration: 12-month contract

Position Summary

Seeking an Audio Visual Support Technician to support enterprise AV technology, conferencing systems, and IT resources. This role provides onsite and remote technical support, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV/IT systems while delivering top-tier service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support AV systems and video conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc.).
• Provide setup and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams Rooms and related AV equipment.
• Monitor and maintain collaboration systems (Teams Admin Center, vendor tools).
• Diagnose and resolve AV/IT hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Support and train end users and staff on AV/IT equipment and Office 365 tools.
• Assist with rack builds, signal flow, AV-over-IP, DSP, and structured cabling.
• Travel up to 50% to remote sites for AV support and event coordination.
• Support occasional after-hours events as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years AV/IT support experience in enterprise or integrator environments.
• Proficiency with conferencing platforms, AV control systems (Crestron, Q-SYS), and DSP configuration.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment, signal flow, and rack build practices.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365, Windows 10/11.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
