Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Community Manager for our apartment community, The Woodlands in Tyler, TX.

Responsibilities

• Manage community operations to maximize rental income and minimize expenses through effective control and planning.
• Provide strong leadership and supervision to site staff.
• Work with financials, budgets, and prepare monthly ownership reports.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the community.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication and organization.
• Maintain a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management experience in property management or related business field.
• Proven ability to manage community operations and optimize financial performance.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with financials, budgets, and monthly ownership reports.
• Excellent marketing, communication, and organizational skills.
• High energy with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
