Location: St. Paul, MN

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager of the assigned community with daily operations, including marketing, administration, leasing, property maintenance and security, record keeping, and reporting.
• Assist with ensuring high occupancy and timely preparation for move-ins, renovations, and turnover.
• Monitor advertising sources (e.g., internet, print ads, locator services) to attract residents.
• Maintain regular office hours and handle resident concerns/problems in a professional manner.
• Enforce lease agreements and house/community policies; process rent-related documents; document changes in resident files.
• Monitor and supervise contracted services and vendors; provide leasing assistance per property needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Rate of Pay: $22.00-$25.00 depending on experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in Property Management
• 2+ years of low income housing Tax Credit compliance experience
• Tax credit knowledge
• Leasing experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
