Responsibilities and expectations
- Operate HLVP sprayer or commercial grade sprayers as part of surface refinishing tasks
- Work with your hands in construction, manufacturing, or related activities
- Assist with color matching and understand color concepts; color vision is important
- Commit to a minimum 2-year tenure due to extensive training
- Deliver quality workmanship while meeting project timelines
- Provide good customer service and maintain a professional on-site presence
Requirements
- Experience with HLVP or commercial-grade sprayers
- Hands-on experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields
- Color matching ability; color blindness may disqualify
- Willingness to complete extensive training and commit to at least 2 years
