Sr. Maintenance Training Content Creator

Flexjet is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Senior Content Creator to support and manage the training content development team. This role is critical in advancing Flexjet’s maintenance training initiatives, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and effective learning experiences across the organization.

This position is on-site in Cleveland, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support the content creation team

Conduct in-depth content research to support technical accuracy

Develop training materials aligned with Flexjet’s maintenance programs

Update existing training content as procedures or regulations evolve

Perform content quality assurance (QA) to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy

Assist with collaboration efforts involving external stakeholders or vendors

Education & Experience Requirements

FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Maintenance required

5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance (preferred)

3+ years of experience in training content development or instructional design

Required Skills:

Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience

Familiarity with LMS platforms and training compliance requirements

Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures

Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for aviation training

Current on industry trends and advancements
