Overview

Hourly Joy Creator Guest Service Representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery on Prytania Street in New Orleans. This is a PART-TIME role.

Note: Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor). All inquiries about employment should be directed to the franchise owner/operator.

Responsibilities

• Help guests order the right cake for celebrations and ensure orders go off without a hitch.
• Check guests out on the register/POS system and create a welcoming environment.
• Promote a mood of generosity, happiness, and joy in the community.
• Play party planner by assisting guests with selections and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Schedule

• Afternoons: Mon-Fri 3pm to 7pm
• One day shift: Wednesday 10am-2pm
• Saturday: 10am-6pm
• Sunday: 11am-4pm
