Our client, a fast-growing streetwear-inspired active apparel brand, is searching for a Graphic Designer with a sharp creative eye and a passion for culture-driven design. This role will focus on creating bold, innovative graphics that resonate across both women’s and men’s collections, blending streetwear sensibilities with performance-minded style.
The ideal candidate is immersed in fashion and youth culture, highly attuned to what’s happening in the streetwear space, and constantly inspired by digital and social media trends. You’ll be responsible for delivering graphics that feel fresh, directional, and relevant—whether it’s placement prints, logos, or overall visual storytelling that elevates the product.
Responsibilities:
- Develop original graphic artwork for seasonal men’s and women’s collections, including logos, prints, placements, and typographic treatments.
- Research visual trends across streetwear, art, music, and culture, with a strong emphasis on social media and emerging creative voices.
- Collaborate with the apparel design team to ensure graphics align seamlessly with garment silhouettes, fabrics, and overall seasonal direction.
- Create mood boards and presentation decks to communicate graphic concepts and seasonal inspiration.
- Prepare detailed artwork files and production-ready tech packs, ensuring accuracy in scale, placement, and color.
- Partner with product development and vendors to execute high-quality graphics across various printing and embellishment techniques.
- Contribute to the brand’s storytelling by crafting graphics that reflect its DNA and connect with its target consumer.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience within apparel (streetwear, activewear, or lifestyle strongly preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative apparel graphics, typography, and branding work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of screen printing, embroidery, appliqué, and other garment embellishment methods.
- Deep interest in streetwear, music, and cultural trends, with the ability to translate them into original, market-ready designs.
- Highly creative yet detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.
