We have an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer/Photographer to support our Marketing Team.

SHIFT: Full-Time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design – Assist in creating engaging visual content for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and web use; design print collateral including flyers, brochures, posters, and mailers; support the development of internal marketing materials.
• Photography – Capture compelling photos of patients, staff, and events that support MRC’s mission and storytelling for use on marketing materials and social media; maintain and organize a growing library of visual assets.
• Brand Development – Ensure all designs follow MRC’s brand standards and help elevate brand consistency across all channels; work collaboratively to brainstorm and pitch new visual ideas that support marketing initiatives.
• Support & Collaboration – Respond to internal design requests in a timely and professional manner; work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and photography.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and what makes visual content engaging.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
