Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible for a New Jersey instructional certificate with appropriate teaching endorsement.
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of child growth and development as well as effective instructional strategies.
• Ability to engage students in learning.
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent classroom management skills and technology skills.

Compensation

Following the established BTEA Salary Guide ranging from $62,244.00 to $99,585.00, commensurate with experience.
