You’ll be matched with students whose needs align with your teaching style and expertise. The platform includes features such as an AI-powered Tutor Copilot to support sessions, real-time instructional assistance, and streamlined payment logistics.

Responsibilities

• Tutor AP English Literature and Composition to online students through the Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform.
• Set your own schedule and work as much as you’d like.
• Provide high-quality instruction and adapt to individual learning styles.
• Utilize the platform tools (including Tutor Copilot) to enhance sessions and save prep time.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; the platform handles payments and earnings processing.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in AP English Literature and Composition with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to candidates with tutoring or teaching experience and/or graduate-level education.
