Overview

We’re partnering with a fast-growing independent media agency to find a Retail Media Supervisor who will take a lead role in driving omni-channel media strategies for national retail and CPG clients. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Instacart, Roundel (Target), Criteo, and Amazon. The right candidate will bring strong platform-level knowledge, a performance mindset, and the ability to manage both internal teams and external client relationships. You’ll work cross-functionally with strategy, analytics, and planning teams to ensure retail media efforts are tightly integrated within broader media plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of full-funnel retail media strategies across major platforms and networks
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, pacing, and performance tracking across platforms like Walmart Connect, Instacart, Roundel, Criteo, and Amazon
  • Collaborate with analytics, client services, and creative teams to ensure alignment on goals, audience strategy, and performance measurement
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights based on campaign data
  • Stay informed on retail media platform updates, capabilities, and industry developments
  • Guide audience segmentation strategy, including CRM targeting and lookalike modeling
  • Present strategic plans and performance results directly to clients
  • Mentor and support junior team members and help uphold strong execution standards across the team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 3 years hands-on in retail media (agency or client side)
  • Direct experience managing campaigns on Walmart Connect, Instacart, Criteo, Roundel, and ideally Amazon
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting, optimization, and ROI-driven planning
  • Experience connecting retail media to paid search, paid social, or programmatic within omni-channel strategies
  • Skilled in using reporting tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, and media dashboards
  • Effective communicator and confident presenter in client-facing settings
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring junior talent is a plus
