Overview
Social Media Lead position at CookUnity. The role will lead the development of impactful social media strategies across owned channels and leverage deep subject matter expertise to execute disruptive plans that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative, and able to manage both planning and execution, acting as the voice of the CookUnity brand in social channels.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for CookUnity across key social channels, including translating brand essence into social content
- Develop innovative strategies and concepts to drive awareness and engage the audience with cultural relevance
- Plan, organize, and execute organic content and assets tailored for social media using the latest formats and trends
- Publish content using best practices to maximize performance, follower growth, and engagement
- Moderate comments, replies, and DMs across active social channels and emerging platforms
- Report performance analytics and surface meaningful insights to inform future content and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with CookUnity’s chefs as brand evangelists to extend reach and support organic growth
- Partner with creative teams and stakeholders to capture organic, social-first content at shoots, events, and activations
- Support thought leadership content development and engagement for the founder and executives
- Work with paid social teams to create a cohesive brand presence and an effective acquisition engine for organic social customers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in high-growth premium consumer and/or technology brands
- Hands-on experience in social media management, strategy development, planning, and analysis
- Proficient in social content creation, platform specs, native features, best practices, and optimization for high-quality content
- Proven track record leading social-first campaigns and scalable content series with measurable business impact
- Ability to solve problems by analyzing challenges and proposing hypotheses with limited information
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in creative software for photo/video editing, social scheduling, and analytics
- Willingness to travel locally or otherwise to capture timely content
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality digital experiences

Compensation
- All final pay rates determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data alignment.
- Pay Range for this position: $110,000 - $120,000 per year.
