Responsibilities
- Design & Visual Content: Conceptualize and create high-impact marketing assets including web design (a priority), social graphics, email banners, digital ads, brochures, flyers, and sell sheets; apply best practices in layout, color theory, typography, and branding; contribute to the development of creative strategies and campaigns
- Web & UI Design: Design responsive, user-centric web pages for desktop and mobile; collaborate with in-house developers and content teams; edit HTML/CSS to adjust color, size, or style of fonts, CTAs, borders, or container backgrounds; optimize assets for site performance
- Video Production: Shoot and edit short-form videos for marketing and promotional use; handle transitions, basic motion graphics, color correction, and sound mixing; collaborate on storyboarding and scripting as needed
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with creative team members, developers, and agency partners; present ideas to internal stakeholders and adjust based on feedback; stay ahead of design trends and tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing/creative team
- Strong portfolio or website showcasing web, video and graphic work (required)
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with XD, Figma, After Effects, WordPress page builders (Divi, Avada, WPBakery)
- Skilled in video editing and production (camera use, lighting, color correction)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience with web builders such as Divi Builder, Avada Builder, and WPBakery Builder
- Experience using web design plugins such as Slider Revolution
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practices
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with grace
- Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
Bonus Points
- Wireframing or UI prototyping experience
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- SEO, accessibility, and digital content writing familiarity
- Comfort using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
