DESTINATION CHURCH seeks Campus Worship Pastor (Production & Music) in N Prince George, VA. Requires ordination by a registered church or religious organization, 10 years leading worship and running audio in a professional church environment.

Responsibilities

Lead worship and oversee production and music aspects for the campus. Manage audio operations in a church setting and coordinate with teams during services and recordings.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience mixing audio for studio and live settings
• Proficiency in multiple DAWs for mixing, editing, and music editing
• Proficiency in Behringer audio consoles and Waves SoundGrid
• Ability to lead recording sessions with multiple participants
• Ordinat ion by a registered church or religious organization
