We are looking for a Night Time On-Air Talent to work at our legendary Adult R&B stations WBHK-FM in Birmingham, AL and WJMZ-FM in Greenville, SC. We are seeking a proven professional who loves music, is passionate about radio, engages on social media, is a star in the community, and is an excellent executor.

Must-Have Skills

• ON-AIR: A positive attitude and a winning air personality
• On-air performance demonstrated by an aircheck with effective and disciplined show prep
• The talent to entertain and engage
• Aptitude to execute topical, in-the-moment content
• A community manager/social media practitioner

• PROGRAMMING: Knowledge of RCS GSelector
• Knowledge of Zetta
• The ability to follow a strategy
• A strong work ethic

• PEOPLE SKILLS: Communicate effectively with staff and leadership
• Ability to create an environment that benefits everyone and contributes to overall success
• Willingness to extend influence to make a positive difference in the industry
