Overview

Real Estate Photographer role based in Charleston, SC with opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of properties, collaborating with real estate agents, brokers, and property managers to understand their vision and requirements for each project.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images and videos of properties.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property managers to understand project vision and requirements.
• Upload media to staff portal on time (deadline 9:00 PM).
• Maintain professionalism when homeowners are present and handle constructive feedback with adjustments.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines.
• Travel to various property locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experienced real estate photographer based out of Charleston, SC.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for photo composition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various property locations.
• Eye for color, luminosity balance, and overall photographic quality.
• Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and presenting yourself professionally when homeowners may be present.
• Able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments.
• Punctual, with ability to deliver captured media by deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• General Liability Insurance.

Equipment and Requirements

• Equipment required: approved camera, approved wide-angle lens (10-12mm for crop sensor, 17-18mm for full frame), approved drone, approved 3D camera, approved gimbal.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay based on job size and project scope (usually between $40-$240).
• Driving compensation based on mileage.
• Expected hours: no more than 25 per week; choose your own hours.
• Saturday and Sunday shoots are necessary but not the norm.
