Dawson is hiring: Podcast Producer, Bilingual in Tampa

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the launch and execution of Lisinski Law’s new podcast through its first season, establishing the show’s concept, episode structure, and target audience
• Coordinate planning sessions, prepare materials, and support the host and guest experience, including guest scouting and scheduling
• Manage all aspects of recording—both onsite and remote—by directing talent, setting up technical equipment, and ensuring high-quality audio capture with backups
• Edit raw content into polished podcast episodes by cleaning audio, adjusting pacing, adding music, and collaborating with video editors for video-based episodes
• Oversee publishing logistics, including uploading episodes to major platforms (Spotify, Apple, etc.) and delivering final audio, video, and promotional snippets
• Partner with internal marketing teams to repurpose content, support social promotion, and advise on growth best practices
• Recommend tools and implement performance tracking to evaluate podcast success and establish workflows that ensure long-term scalability

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience launching a podcast from scratch
• Strong track record in podcast planning and production
• Background in journalistic/news-centered podcasts strongly preferred
• Experience with Spanish-speaking podcasts is a plus
