What will you be doing?

• Guide & Collaborate: Guide the team in implementing, optimizing and tracking results of all social media efforts – paid and organic. Collaborate with Planning on vendor-funded social programs. Coordinate with outside agencies on PR, influencer and paid media execution.
• Lead: Develop social strategies for Naturalizer & Ryka; integrate social platforms into other customer engagement touchpoints; expand the brands’ social footprints on new platforms and develop innovative social programs.
• Model & Manage: Manage relationships with influencers and influencer agencies; organize incoming influencer content for execution across social and paid channels; serve as the core social media contact for Naturalizer & Ryka.
• Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align social strategies, calendars and promotions with Naturalizer & Ryka’s brand strategies; measure and analyze core business metrics and prepare weekly status reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years’ experience in affiliated PR/Social/Marketing fields
• Retail or wholesale marketing experience
• Strong partnering, problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
