Overview

Michele Marie PR is seeking a highly organized, bright, enthusiastic, and driven individual for a full-time position as a VIP Beauty Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles.

A full-service bi-coastal public relations agency, Michele Marie PR offers an innovative approach to editorial, celebrity/influencer and event PR across fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories. Female founded and in our 18th year in business, MMPR prides itself on a teamwork-driven, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple beauty/wellness accounts, providing strategic support and hands-on execution.
• Assist and lead on multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Coordinate and execute client events when applicable.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience with beauty/wellness accounts and current success securing celebrity and influencer placements.
• Knowledge of facilitating gifting and loans; strong contacts with makeup artists, stylists, and celebrity teams for gifting.
• Based in LA and able to work in-office on a hybrid schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Drive.
• Experience with MuckRack; familiarity with Fashion GPS and Mayvien is a plus but not required.
• Well-versed with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
