Overview
Radio Frequency Test & Integration Engineer, Electronic Warfare at Anduril Industries. What You’ll Do
- Create and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for Anduril Electronics Warfare (EW) and RF products.
- Characterize wireless communication systems and devices.
- Analyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system-level testing.
- Perform integration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software.
- Support and execute electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing per test plan.
- Develop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procure and handle purchased test capital equipment to support test readiness.
- Support field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testing.
- Leverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failures.
- Automate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and/or system validation and verification testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzers.
- Familiar with Linux command line, shell scripting, debug utilities, and file system navigation.
- Familiar with programming languages such as Python or Matlab for data parsing, analysis, and test automation.
- Strong root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to travel to and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning, and training as required.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Currently possess and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

- Familiar with wireless communication protocols and test methods.
- Familiar with military and spectrum regulatory standards and test methods.
Compensation and Benefits
US Salary Range: $124,000—$186,000 USD. Benefits include a wide range of programs and resources designed to support employees and their families. Specific offers vary based on experience and role.
