Role Description

Sentar is seeking TARGET ANALYST REPORTER Level 1-4 to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade and extended enterprise locations. As a TAR, you will showcase your SIGINT Analysis/Reporting expertise while supporting missions vital to national security.

Responsibilities

• Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to IC requirements and in accordance with customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
• Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and related collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source) for use by Government personnel.
• Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers. Issue products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness, including countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
• Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance target knowledge and improve collection to support the customer and IC partners' mission.
• Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Qualifications

Clearance: TS/SCI with active Poly

LEVEL 1

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field is preferred but not required; a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 1 requires a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 4 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer’s mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.

LEVEL 2

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field is preferred but not required; a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 2 requires a high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 7 years, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years, or a Master’s degree plus 3 years, or a PhD plus 2 years.
• Relevant experience must be directly related to the customer’s mission and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.

LEVEL 3

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field is preferred but not required; a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 3 requires a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 10 years, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, or a Master’s degree plus 6 years, or a PhD plus 4 years.
• Relevant experience must be directly related to the customer’s mission and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.

LEVEL 4

• A degree in a Liberal Arts field is preferred but not required; a degree in any field is acceptable.
• Level 4 requires a high school diploma or GED plus 15 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree plus 13 years, or a Bachelor’s degree plus 11 years, or a Master’s degree plus 9 years, or a PhD plus 7 years.
• Relevant experience must be directly related to the customer’s mission and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
