The Opportunity
Adobe is in search of a strategic SEO Manager to oversee organic search efforts for Adobe Acrobat's content strategy. We are dedicated to unlocking growth opportunities, refining content strategy, and ensuring that Acrobat remains the go-to solution for digital document workflows. This role blends SEO strategy, content optimization, content creation and analytics to enhance search visibility and drive meaningful engagement.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping SEO-led content strategies that align with customer intent, search and industry trends, and Adobe’s broader marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing teams and ensure that strategies align to the team and business big bets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement a content-focused SEO strategy for Adobe Acrobat, improving visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Conduct deep keyword research and search intent analysis, using tools like Ahrefs and Google Search Console to inform content decisions.
- Improve current content and spearhead the development of new SEO-focused content, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with content strategists, UX designers, and marketing teams to craft SEO-friendly web experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop data-led hypotheses to refine content structure, search intent alignment, and optimize for long-term visibility.
- Analyze SEO performance, identify key trends, report on impact, and spot opportunities to grow content efforts.
- Stay ahead of LLM-powered search evolution and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring Acrobat content adapts to emerging search landscapes.
- Identify emerging trends and timely opportunities using search insights to inform content strategies and unify marketing efforts.
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on content strategy SEO.
- Expertise in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and content optimization platforms.
- Strong analytical approach, with experience using SEO analytics to craft content strategies and measure impact.
- Experience developing SEO-friendly content in collaboration with content marketing and UX teams that strives to act as part of a funnel.
- Ability to analyze keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO metrics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable presenting SEO insights and recommendations across teams.
- Having previous content writing and editorial experience is a plus.
Compensation and Notices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,800 -- $151,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary with short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
