Matador Solutions is a digital marketing agency and thinktank that works with over 175 law firms across the country. We help them compete and get more new cases using the internet. We’ve grown every year with zero outside funding, have a 4+ year employee retention rate, and recently purchased a brand new headquarters in Santa Monica.

We’re looking for a strong Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

This is not a client services job – this is a business partnership job. You’ll be the business partner our clients rely on to grow, blending digital marketing and SEO understanding with sharp business thinking. You’ll run monthly calls, manage internal projects, keep results on track, and push both clients and our team toward measurable wins.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead monthly client calls and maintain clear, confident, proactive communication
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver campaigns and SEO projects on time and to a high standard
• Track performance and present results in business-friendly terms
• Spot opportunities for client growth and pitch them with confidence
• Keep deadlines tight and quality high — no excuses
