Responsibilities

• Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
• Lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, manage the schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments.
• Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure the studio hits daily and monthly goals; address member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch.
• Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.

Qualifications

• Paid experience managing 1–2 team members.
• Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
