Overview

Growing full-service architecture and engineering firm looking for a licensed architect with a passion for business development to help grow our Charleston presence. This role leads the Healthcare Studio in Charleston, SC, and is part of the firm-wide Corporate Leadership team.

Base pay range: $160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Salary details and discussion will occur with your recruiter.

Responsibilities

• As Studio Principal, lead the Healthcare Studio in our Charleston, SC office and be a key member of the firm-wide Corporate Leadership team.
• From day one, engage directly with clients to shape goals and projects.
• Collaborate with the Office President and Healthcare Practice Leader to develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the Studio and diversify its client portfolio.
• Oversee the launch and leadership of the new Healthcare Studio in Charleston, with support from established studios in Charlotte and Durham.
• Provide significant autonomy and responsibility to shape the direction and success of the Studio.
• Be part of a large, multidisciplinary firm with access to extensive in-house resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with current registration credentials.
• Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare architecture and design field.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with healthcare projects in South Carolina.
• Proven experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and lead a team.
