We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Technician to perform high-quality eyelash extension services in a welcoming and professional salon environment. The ideal candidate is creative, precise, and client-focused, with strong communication skills and a love for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Apply eyelash extensions (classic, hybrid, volume, and/or mega volume) with precision and artistry.
• Perform lash lifts, tints, and removals when needed.
• Provide client consultations to recommend styles, aftercare, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and follow state regulations.
• Contribute to salon marketing by showcasing lash work on social media (photos, client features).
• Promote complementary services (brows, facials, waxing) to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required).
• Experience in eyelash extensions (1+ year preferred; strong portfolio considered).
• Strong knowledge of lash isolation, styling, and retention techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy salon environment.
• Additional skills in brows, waxing, or skincare are a plus.
• Passion for ongoing education and staying current with beauty trends.
