Overview

Radar Systems Architect Staff/Technical Director role in the TPY-4 system, a Next Gen Radar for Next Gen Threats. As the product line grows, we are seeking highly talented individuals to become Technical Directors in the Chief Engineering organization for upcoming international programs.

In This Important Role, You Will

• Lead technical scope on select TPY-4 radar system program(s).
• Develop modifications to existing products to meet unique customer needs.
• Serve as focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture.
• Ensure conversion of mission requirements into total systems solutions that account for design and technology maturity constraints of the system.
• Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.
• Support internal and external design reviews.
• Present to customers and senior management and tailor the material based on the audience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
• This position will involve around 15% travel to our international customer sites.

Who We Are

You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals including Integrated Product Team Leads, Engineering Project Managers, System Architects, and Chief Engineers. You will also have the opportunity to interface with various international customers.
