We’re hiring cable technicians. No experience required; training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Gain hands-on experience in cable installation and troubleshooting, including video installation, data (modems/routers), and phone installations.
• Work in the field visiting multiple homes and businesses daily, encountering diverse scenarios.
• Receive paid training and access a comprehensive program designed to prepare you to handle routes independently after evaluation.
• Explore potential career paths in related trades such as networking, electrical work, and construction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (past 3 years).
• Ability to pass background screening, physical and 5-panel drug screening.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Willingness to travel across Orange County, LA County and Inland Empire.
• Reliable vehicle that can transport 28’, 18’, and 6’ ladders. You will need your own vehicle for this position.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.

Schedule & Compensation

• Friday to Tuesday | 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Training Pay: $20.00/hour
• Base pay after training: $16.50/hour plus commission
• Commission: Earn based on productivity, with annual earnings ranging from $50,000 to $100,000
