Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior UI/UX Designer position! This is a direct hire opportunity and can be hybrid in Buffalo, NY, Orlando, FL, or Chicago, IL.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and deliver intuitive, visually consistent, and accessible web-based user interfaces for enterprise users and external customers.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and implement high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to refine and evolve solutions.
• Implement design patterns reusable across the enterprise.
• Contribute to product strategy through collaborative brainstorming sessions.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio demonstrating both design and development work.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe).
• Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and information architecture.
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences.
• Skilled in using analytics and user feedback to iterate on designs.
• Experience with user research, personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Experience working in Agile team environments.
• Ability to build components using HTML/CSS and React.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of professional design experience on consumer websites, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Demonstrable UX research experience.
• UX design certification a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics or transportation systems is a plus.

Salary Range: $160,000-$175,000
