Job Title: Senior UI Developer (Only w2)

Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite role) – Local candidates only

Duration: Long term Contract

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience required

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of software applications and translate technical designs into functional code.
• Apply knowledge of programming languages to develop specifications for software systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/iterative development methodologies where required.
• Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Develop independently deployable components that integrate into larger applications.
• Implement front-end validation techniques to ensure form accuracy and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Containerize front-end applications using Docker to ensure consistent environments across development, testing, and production.
• Ensure compliance with modern UI/UX design practices.
• Work with back-end teams to ensure secure API integration and mitigate vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection).
• Write modular, reusable front-end code and follow clean code practices.
• Utilize Angular services and dependency injection to manage shared code.
• Experience with micro front-end architectures and module-based development.
• Implement lazy loading and other performance optimization techniques for efficient module loading.
• Follow web security best practices, including input validation, authentication, and authorization.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests with appropriate frameworks, aiming for comprehensive test coverage and adherence to TDD principles.
• Deploy and manage Angular applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation) for automation and scaling of deployments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins).

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills: 10+ years of relevant client experience in similar technology (excluding training period), including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in technology; Master’s degree preferred.
