Overview

The UI/UX Developer / Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking to design interfaces that are visually appealing, highly functional, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• Visual Design: Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability across web and mobile platforms.
• Interaction Design: Define how users interact with the product, ensuring smooth transitions, animations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are inclusive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
