Sr Mgr, India Partner Ops, Prime Video, Partner Operations Management, Prime Video. Prime Video is a global premium streaming service offering a vast collection of TV shows and movies. We are looking for the Head of India Partner Operations who will lead a team focused on delivering a world‑class partner experience, ensuring assets are delivered on‑time, in full, and to the PV quality bar. This Senior Manager will drive long‑term relationships with partners across the globe and account for the overall direction of the team, cultivating a culture of customer obsession, high performance, and sustained results.

The Partner Operations Management (POM) team is responsible for enabling partners—third‑party studios, content distributors, and fulfillment vendors—to deliver content that meets Prime Video standards. You will be accountable for timely and cost‑effective delivery of source materials in the India marketplace, identify delivery improvements through data analysis and workflow enhancements, and develop and report on key performance metrics. You will interact with executive leaders and cross‑functional teams both internal and external to Prime Video.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Partner Operations for all India Prime Video business lines including SVOD (Prime Subscription) Third Party Channels, Rental/Purchase VOD, Prime Video Direct, and MX Player AVOD.
  • Develop a dynamic team with clear performance expectations and goals.
  • Consult and advise internal stakeholders (from Content Acquisition to Product Teams) on partner capabilities and system requirements to maximize asset value.
  • Advocate for partners and internal stakeholders to ensure PV systems provide a best‑in‑class user experience.
  • Evaluate and streamline existing processes, policies, workflows and tools to scale the business, driving long‑term solutions through automation and AI innovations for complex workflows.
  • Develop and deploy programmatic approaches for process, product, and partner inputs that enhance customer experience, expand global/regional selection, and set industry standards for digital supply chain management.
  • Drive innovation in delivery capabilities and product adoption by partnering with engineering, product, and tech teams.
  • Drive partner adoption of the digital supply chain roadmap, align multiple stakeholders, and execute on goals.
  • Design workflow strategies for accelerated content delivery in multiple languages and formats, simplifying and eliminating redundant practices.
  • Strengthen partnerships through streamlined business and technology solutions while advancing our services.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment across Prime Video Catalog technology teams, engineers, analytics, and product groups.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, vendor management, or business development in a technical, e‑commerce, or media environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt in a fast‑paced, international setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, and proven negotiating ability. Ability to draw insights from data and communicate them to stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Ability to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders and understand relevant systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering initiatives from concept to completion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in entertainment, digital media, or digital video supply chain.
  • Understanding of customer/content provider behavior to drive feature development.
  • Ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
  • A passion for digital media and entertainment.
