ALO is hiring: Visual Lead - The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville

Overview

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The Visual Lead will work closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate work, and provide feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising changes in accordance with directive and with the partnership of the Visual Manager
• Plan Visual floor changes with the management team through payroll management and adapting the zone and visual support to the needs of the business
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution to meet company expectations, budgets, and timeline
• Utilize reporting tools in partnership with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; make changes as necessary

Note: The Visual Lead is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week. Full-time employees are expected to have open availability and to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends. All employees must be able to work during the company’s Blackout period (week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and strong decision-making
• Values feedback and is receptive to receiving and giving feedback
• High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
