  • Collaborate with HRIS, Operations, and Training teams to gather requirements and understand system usage.
  • Manage documentation and process mapping of data flow between Workday and Vector LSM, ensuring alignment with system functionality and training needs.
  • Oversee and support the Workday-Vector LSM integration project from a documentation and training perspective, including developing timelines, tracking milestones, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with operational rollout schedules.
  • Monitor and support data integrity and synchronization between systems, escalating issues and collaborating with technical teams for resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between system owners, functional leaders, and operations to support configuration, communication, training rollout, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure documentation complies with Client's internal standards, branding, and instructional design best practices.

  • Quality Focus & Continuous Improvement: maintain high standards for accuracy and clarity; refine documents for updates and process improvements.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and represent the company professionally.

Scope Factors
