Responsibilities

• Receive SOPs from the client. Track these updates and update documents in a timely manner.
• Write simplified SWIs by utilizing the SOPs.
• Create and update all Inbound and Outbound SWIs by working with site leadership SMEs/Sups.
• Support teams in writing Playbooks for leadership roles, programs, etc.; translations support for new pilots as needed and approved by Regional, Program and QMS Quality Managers.
• Send drafts to SMEs for approval and then to document control for entry into JARVIS.
• Track annual reviews of all SWIs to verify links and references are current; validate with Document Owners.
• Support the Quality Team with Annual Audits.
• Travel upon manager request for training support, audits, and new projects; estimated travel 15-20%.

Remote position with travel; travel required to support new launches or site build-ups.
