Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available.
• Deliver clear explanations, personalize lessons, and adapt to different learning styles.
• Utilize the Live Learning Platform to conduct sessions remotely and engage students effectively.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and participate in the platform’s payment workflow.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Technical Writing and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Benefits and Compensation

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, up to $40/hour with the same student.
