Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand Instant Tutoring requests whenever you’re available.
• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• Get matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Use the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time and focus on teaching.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions; we handle payments and logistics.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Elementary School Writing and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour for ongoing work with the same student.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• We handle the logistics—you just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments.
