Overview

Champion Window - Field Marketer (Events and Canvassing) – Part-time roles available. If you are an enthusiastic and outgoing individual, join our team as a Field Marketer and act as a brand ambassador for Champion Window and Home Exterior products at events, home shows, festivals, and other assigned locations. You will schedule appointments and may demonstrate products to prospects while at events. We are looking for someone who is positive, energetic, and comfortable dealing directly with clients.

Hourly Base Pay $19.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, fairs, and events
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Door-to-door residential appointment setting
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Be up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Display professional time management
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for sales team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Self-motivated and competitive spirit
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours
• Ability to walk for 4-8 hours
• Willing to travel approximately 10%

Compensation & Benefits

In addition to a base pay, this position offers a commission-based structure. High performing individuals have a potential to earn between $15-$19 per hour, with weekly commissions ranging between $750-$1500 and above. Pay is determined by factors such as experience, location, education, and certifications.
