Glades Talent is representing a growing Home Care agency in Palm Beach County looking for a talented Home Care Marketer.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home care nursing services to patients in their homes
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills

• Strong pharmaceutical sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of home care nursing services to potential clients
• Technical sales expertise to demonstrate the use of medical equipment and devices to patients and their families
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide compassionate and supportive care to patients
• Analytical skills to assess patient needs, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments
• Proven sales experience with the ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
• Leadership abilities to supervise and guide other members of the home care nursing team
