Overview
Impact is seeking a skilled and experienced Producer to join our dynamic media production team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of production processes from concept through completion and be capable of managing projects with minimal supervision. In this role, the Producer will serve as lead producer for all Impact branded content, while also supporting production efforts for our marketing clients in collaboration with our Managed Marketing team. You will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners to bring strategic initiatives to life ensuring content is compelling, on-brand, and delivered efficiently. This role sits within the Corporate Marketing department as part of the Media Production team and is primarily focused on producing content for the Impact brand. What makes this opportunity unique is that our team also supports our Managed Marketing clients by offering full-service video and photo production – allowing for a diverse and dynamic range of creative work.

Responsibilities
• Project Management & Planning: Oversee end-to-end production workflows; Develop production timelines, budgets, and resource plans for internal and client-facing projects; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align video goals with business objectives.
• Creative Oversight: Collaborate with creative leads, directors, writers, designers, editors to ensure content meets brand standards and stakeholder expectations; Review scripts, storyboards, and rough cuts to maintain quality and consistency; Advocate for storytelling that resonates with B2B audiences while balancing creative innovation.
• Team Coordination & Role Management: Organize and guide internal video team across projects; Assign roles and responsibilities based on project needs; Foster a collaborative environment; Note: this role does not include direct reports but coordinates team efforts across projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary point of contact for Impact and client production projects; Translate briefs into actionable production plans and timelines; Provide regular updates and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Track production costs and keep projects within budget; Manage vendor relationships, freelance contracts, and licensing needs.
• Performance & ROI Tracking: Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to measure video performance and impact; Ensure proper tagging and tracking for revenue attribution; Use insights to inform future production strategies.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine SOPs for production workflows, asset management, and client delivery; Implement tools that streamline collaboration and feedback; Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years in media production, content creation, or media project management, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple production projects simultaneously from pre-production to post.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows including scripting, shooting, editing, and delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere, Frame.io, and cloud-based asset management systems.
• Solid budgeting, resource planning, and vendor/freelance coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in both internal brand storytelling and client-facing content production.
• Understanding of performance metrics and how video content supports marketing and revenue goals.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with licensing, usage rights, and compliance in video production.
• IL Film tax credit experience.

• Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
