Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Experiential Producer located in Long Island City, NY. The Assistant Experiential Producer will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of event experiences. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams; organizing high-quality events; managing event logistics and timelines; ensuring client satisfaction; and providing on-site support during events. The role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A lot of the work will be in researching, making calls, and speaking to people about the best way to do something.

Qualifications
- Event planning and coordination skills
- Strong design ability; CAD, SketchUp, and 3D skills are a priority
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Finance, Architecture, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to understand client needs and adhere to timelines
- Experience in the exhibit, event, or experiential industry is a plus
