Overview

Technical Producer/Board Operator role at Salem Media Group — part-time board-operator position with an immediate opening.

Responsibilities

• Run the studio control room board and livestream video switcher.
• Complete internal paperwork (program logs, transmitter logs, discreps).
• Isolate audio for show promos.
• Be proactive when problems occur and maintain strong client relations.

Experience with Wide Orbit Automation and Adobe Audition is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of major market broadcast experience, preferably in a spoken word format.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter approach to work.
• Knowledge of video editing and social media would be beneficial.
• Flexibility is a must; availability for overnights and weekends.
• Strong track record, detail oriented, prompt and dependable.
