Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and driven Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. This role is integral in shaping and promoting our brand image through effective communication strategies and media outreach efforts. As a Public Relations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of PR campaigns that enhance our visibility and reputation. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that align with the brand's messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on the effectiveness of PR initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for press events, including press conferences and promotional events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Support crisis communication efforts by preparing responses and managing inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.
