About the role We\'re looking for a motivated Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Attain. In this entry-level role, you\'ll be responsible for the hands-on execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging (IAM), and SMS for three of our consumer-facing applications. You\'ll gain exposure to a wide range of lifecycle strategies—from managing a large editorial calendar with continual testing, to optimizing campaigns for performance, to collaborating with creative and cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn lifecycle marketing from the ground up while developing technical skills in campaign building, A/B testing, segmentation, and optimization.

Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, IAM, content cards) in Braze, using both drag-and-drop tools and Braze Liquid

Manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely campaign delivery

Set up A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations

Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and visually engaging

Develop automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys through segmentation

Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in marketing role and/or internship with eagerness to learn lifecycle marketing and improve customer experiences

Basic understanding of email marketing best practices (accessibility, client/device limitations, deliverability)

Data-driven mindset with interest in performance analysis and optimization

Creative, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and cross-team workflows

Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus; experience with automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, etc.) is a bonus

What a typical week might look like
