Director of Marketing
– Up to $160,000 Base Salary + Bonuses + Healthcare + Car Allowance + PTO This is a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Marketing looking to join an industry leading homebuilder with operations all over Texas. You will be integral in developing and growing their customer base whilst working within a high quality and dynamic operation; a position that is fundamental to growing their brand and reputation in the housing market, all whilst earning a fantastic salary with a great supporting package. They are now looking to recruit a Director of Marketing to oversee the entire marketing department; creatively implementing strategies that will spearhead further growth in the state. This role focuses on managing a team and executing a marketing strategy state-wide, driving new business opportunities and growing a marketing team. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan Support creative efforts and department development to meet company goals Lead and manage the marketing department in Texas to drive growth and brand reputation Qualifications
Director of Marketing or VP of Marketing Experience within the construction sector Willingness and ability to travel within the DFW area Compensation
